In her 20+ years at Appalachian Land Company, Connie Watkins has been so much more to Joey and Sonya Reid than a licensed assistant. As their experienced closing processor, Connie ensures each transaction goes smoothly from start to finish, aiding clients and agents.

 

Connie and her husband of over 40 years, Bob Watkins, were born and raised in the area and started dating after they met at church. They have one daughter, Amanda, and one grandson, Kole. For Connie, the friendliness of the people and the beautiful mountains make this area home.

 

After graduating from Andrews High School and working for a while, Connie attended Tri-County Community College, earning an associate degree in accounting. Soon after receiving her degree, God opened a door for her at Appalachian Land Company working as an assistant for Joey and Sonya Reid. Connie says she is so thankful God allowed her to be part of the Appalachian Land Company family and have a job she absolutely loves!
