Cabin Rental Policy
Cabin rentals are arranged alphabetically. The cabins listed are all owned by private individuals who offer them to you on a weekly rental basis. These property owners have provided this information to show you a variety of homes and their features. If you have any questions about the cabins that are not answered on this website, please call the owners for more information. All linens, towels, and kitchen amenities are provided. All you have to bring is your food and clothes. You may use any items in the cabins, but if you use something up, we ask that you please replace it. All applicable taxes and cleaning fees are included in the prices as stated.
Check-In Time is 2:00 PM--Check-Out Time is 9:00 AM. Weekly rentals are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday. Rental Rates are based on 5 persons per 2 bedroom cabin, or 6 persons per 3 bedroom cabin. Additional persons are billed at $20 per week per person.
Nightly Rentals are based on a 3 night minimum unless otherwise stated.

Murphy Retreat--New 2BR/2BA Cabin in the Mary King Mountain area with easy acces to town and area attractions. Amenities in clude: Oak floors, Pine ceilings, Heat/AC, Stone gas fireplace, Wrap-around covered porch, Telephone, Washer, Dryer, Fully equipped kitchen, Satellite TV w/DVD player& VCR. Sleeps 6 comfortably with 2 queen-sized beds and 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa. No pets, and No smoking please.
Rates: $85/day, $450/week. Plus $45 Cleaning Fee $150 deposit required to hold reservation.
